Use Today to quickly capture a task. For homework with a deadline, open Add task and fill in the subject, due date, and a day or time when you plan to work on it.

Add a title, subject, description, priority, notes, and an optional source. Due date is the deadline; planned date and time is when you intend to work. Search and filter tasks here.
Move a task’s assignment progress slider from 0% to 100% as you work. Check its box when it is finished. The Today and weekly bars count finished tasks separately.
Browse one week at a time, click a date to see its schedule, and click a task to edit it. Use the arrows to move between weeks.
Browse whole months to see tasks on their planned dates and due dates. Click a day to see every task for it, or use + Task on this day to start a task with that day already selected.
Select Add memories to choose one or more photos or animated GIFs. Click a picture to see it larger, or use Edit to change its caption and date. Use Export backup to save memories and planner data together. Import replaces what is currently saved, so export first.
Keep class notes or personal thoughts. Give each note a title, write what you want to remember, optionally connect it to a task, and add a picture. You can replace or remove the picture when editing. Note pictures are included in your JSON backup.
Save a book, article, website, or other reference by adding its title, an optional web link, and your citation or details. Connect a source to a task or quiz question when useful. This version saves links and written references, not uploaded files.
Add your own multiple-choice questions, four answers, the correct answer, and an optional explanation or source. Pick a subject, choose Start quiz, and submit to see your score and answers. Questions are entered by you, not generated automatically from notes.
Everything saves on your device first and syncs to your account when you are online, so your iPhone and Mac stay the same. You can keep working offline; changes sync when you reconnect. Export backup downloads an extra JSON copy. Import backup restores one of those files and replaces the data currently in the planner and memory wall, so export first if you want to keep it.
Importing a backup also replaces what is synced to your account, on every device.
The right-hand card shows one encouraging reflection at a time and rotates automatically about every two minutes while the planner is open. There are no time-of-day labels or alerts for these reflections.
Set a reminder date and time in a task. In-page reminders work only while this HTML file is open; browser alerts also depend on permission and browser support. For dependable reminders while it is closed, use a separate reminder app.
